Tech Charge and No Bill

Hello. My name is Rachel. They haven't changed the name on the account, even though the previous owner of the account and I called together to have the information changed back in November 2025 when I became the owner of the account. Anyway, my internet went out last month while I was out of town. I called tech support, and I do NOT remember them telling me it would be $150 to send someone out to fix my satellite that was apparently bumped and not straight enough to gain signal. I usually get a bill by the 7th of the month through email, and I have not gotten one for July.

I called customer service this morning when I saw my checking account was debited $267. I was shocked. He informed me that there was a $150 charge for the tech to come out and fix the internet. I took notes while on the initial call to tech support about my internet being out, and I have NO note about the $150.

I believe it to be odd that I never received a bill for July that showed me the automatic debit that would come out. I have always, since December 2025, received a bill. I have been out of town and just got back last night, so it did not dawn on me that I hadn't gotten a bill. And the customer service agent said the last bill sent to me was from June 2026.

Please help me. I don't know what to do. I don't remember being told about the $150 and I'm not getting my bills. When I expressed this concern to the customer service agent this morning, he said I could go online and see my bill. But I should be getting one through email.
