If I upgrade from the gen5 30/gb plan to the 50/gb plan does that reset, extend or in any way change my 24 month commitment? I cannot find a direct answer from searching. Thank you!
Upgrading to a new plan on the same service (Gen5) does not extend your 24 month commitment. Only when there is an equipment upgrade, like if you were going from Gen4 to Gen5, does it extend, or start a new, commitment.
