Canceled my Internet but still have charges
Hello, I canceled my Internet but I am still being charged fees each month. If my Internet is canceled then why am I being charged still? I also didn’t have an early termination fee.

How long ago did you cancel the service? Did you get a confirmation that it was canceled?

I canceled the service on August 10th, I got confirmation on yesterday, September 10th that it was canceled and my box was being sent to collect the equipment. I received a charge another yesterday.
I'd be annoyed about that, but I'm sure that once the reps here get involved, they'll figure out why that happened. One thing to consider is, if you didn't ask the rep to cancel the subscription immediately, they cancel it at the end of the service month -- that may have been a factor. I hope a rep gets involved soon so this can be solved for you.
