Pulling Service Call
I want the call/conversation I placed on August 1, 2020 pulled and reviewed as the representative I spoke to failed to mention extra charges being applied to my account.
The only calls that can be pulled are sales calls. Was the call on 8/1 a sales call?
You may want to post a case number and more details, for example, what extra charges are you referring to?
