Returned modem not credited

Greetings, I had a problem with my old modem, and received a replacement which is working great. The old equipment was returned on 26Dec2019, using the UPS label provided. Today I received an email...

    Thank you for your PM with the requested info. I manually received the modem in our system so you won't be charged or getting any more e-mails like that. If you have any other concerns, come by the community again!
