Service never worked called several times spent hours on the phone problem was never resolved tryed to cancel twice no luck still receiving bills
When you tried to cancel previously did you get a cancellation confirmation before the call ended? If not, you will need to call them to effect the cancellation, as cancellations can only be done by phone.

It's best to call early in the morning or later at night, though not after 12:00AM (EST), which is when the cancellation department closes.
