terminate service
I need to terminate my service because I am moving
I just tried both numbers trying to cancel our account and got a recorded voice saying the office is closed even though it is well within the normal service hours. What gives?

866 347 3292 and then 877 329 1403 that I got off this forum as the one to call to cancel. The first one I had to go through the automated system before getting the "office closed" message. The second one I got the message right away. This sure seems like a effort to prevent me from canceling. Our account is on currently still on "voluntary Suspension"
