Trying to cancel my account, but there are no agents available!!!!!!! **bleep**..

Trying to cancel my account, but there are no agents available and the call is hung up, not even a chance to wait in line!!!!!!!  **bleep**..  I'll bet they are there to sign you up.  How is one to cancel other than the off chance you are the "lucky caller"?

 

This is fricking ridiculous...

    Cancellation can only be done by phone. Call 866-347-3292, and if you can't get through during regular hours,try calling at odd hours, such as very early in the morning, or after midnight on the weekend. You can also try 877-329-1403.
