Worst internet service of all
We have had Hughesnet for couple months and it is The WORST service ever we hate it. We have the highest plan available which is 200 mbps and it renews around the 16th of the month and within a few days we’re out of data and I go to college and do my work online. We never have any service it’s already so slow and buffers and never works. We’re going to cancel it and warn everyone not to use this company. $400 early termination fee is ridiculous to. It shouldn’t be that high if anything, they shouldn’t charge anything because the service sucks.
How quickly you burn through your 200GB of data is entirely up to you. HughesNet doesn't control what you do with the internet you have. You have to prioritize your activities.
What you just said does not help the fact that your internet service is not good! If I had another choice believe me I don't care how much penalty you charge I would drop you in a heartbeat! One day cable will come to my area!
No, what he said was the person was doing poor management of the allotted bandwidth they are given. 200GB/mo is more than plenty for a household of two. There are plenty of posts on this site that explain how to effectively manage their bandwidth. People just don't want to do it, then complain when they go over. When people say they need it for work, that doesn't mean that Zoom needs to be constantly running at the highest resolution all day, which is like streaming HD movies all day. That's just a complete waste of resources.
It's not my internet service. I don't own HughesNet, nor do I work for them.
