Error 401 when trying to login

I'm having a very difficult time logging into the community.  I get Error 401 and it takes a lot of tries and switching browsers to finally get in.  I've tried several browsers, both regular and incognito, and the problem persists. I've also flushed the DNS, but the same thing happens. Is this a known issue?
