Hoax letter

I received a "hoax" letter ( I think)  from an unusual email address:

Summarized -  it said Hughes would deactivate my email account in 30 days due to using an old versions webmail because hughes had changed the terms of service.

Any one else received this?

Rae

  • Send your complaint to Consumer Services. Look them up on Google or any browser, and find their website. They have places to send “phishing and hacking” emails that will be investigated. Also, the Federal Trade Commission also handles a Consumer Response Center that investigates online They too have a report fraud website that can be found on any web browser. This site will not allow me to post the website for you.
