Everyone else I will post updates as we progress through the day. Its fine if you don't see it  "live" - either way we should not need anything further from anyone to move forward. Thanks for all your feedback, screenshots, errors and information provided. It was very helpful.

Blocked my Categories as well using Adblocker Ultimate. Great find BirdDog! Looks so much better now.

I just found a verification email in a place where nobody ever goes. My hughesnet email account. I went ahead and verified it which was of no consequence because I was previously allowed to post to the forum before verification.

 

Now I have my real GS account here.

LOL. I also had to go there to find the verification email.  I have never use the HN email account much at all.

Simple explanation is  we are going to take your existing Community accounts and mash them into your existing logins for the Support Center (billing portal, CMC, my.hughesnet.com, however you wish to call it) 

So what will happen is your "new and improved" GS account is automatically going to log you in as your current GW account instead. Hope that makes sense.

Thanks Amanda. I'll wait and see. As I'm sure you know, I fully support each and every Hughes attempt to reinvent the wheel. :-)

Guess I'm in the penalty box for using my Hughes email account then. : P

Started using it in the beginning 12 years ago and have never felt like switching everything over to something different.

We fully support it too..  in a different way :) 

(hint: rhymes with providing customer support)
