I may get in trouble for this but..........
Just got rid of all the new Categories stuff at the top of the main page using Adblock. Did a manual element block and presto!

Everyone else I will post updates as we progress through the day. Its fine if you don't see it "live" - either way we should not need anything further from anyone to move forward. Thanks for all your feedback, screenshots, errors and information provided. It was very helpful.

I just found a verification email in a place where nobody ever goes. My hughesnet email account. I went ahead and verified it which was of no consequence because I was previously allowed to post to the forum before verification.
Now I have my real GS account here.

Simple explanation is we are going to take your existing Community accounts and mash them into your existing logins for the Support Center (billing portal, CMC, my.hughesnet.com, however you wish to call it)
So what will happen is your "new and improved" GS account is automatically going to log you in as your current GW account instead. Hope that makes sense.
