New service is terrible.
I've been with Hughes Net for about 10 years. I recently had my router go out, so I'm told. Up until then, my service was pretty solid except for storms. They sent me a new router and now my internet...

This area where you posted is for topics about the community -- as in the website itself, and it's for issues related to the actual site, not the service, so you may not get a reply and/or solution from the corporate reps, and they're the ones who can likely fix your issue quickly.
I think you have a very legitimate complaint, and that it should be posted somewhere with higher visibility, so you can get a reply from someone who can do something about this, and more quickly than the phone reps.
I would suggest you post your issue under Tech Support. I hope a rep will reply to you soon and hopefully send you a new modem.
