Please Give Us A Tool To Flag Posts

We occasionally get some truly nasty posts from people who can't control their vulgarity, hatred, racism, etc.. It would be great to have a way to flag these posts for quick review and deletion.

Also, I recommend 24/7 monitoring by someone with Admin responsibilities, at least for flagged posts. It's frustrating to see these kinds of posts waiting for business hours before being cleaned up.

Sadly, like anything else  a Hughesnet connection can break. When broken it must be fixed ... that is not magic, it requires only troubleshooting to see exactly what is broken.

A vulgar tantrum is not part of the troubleshooting process.

Yea, I hate to call people on spelling and grammar too often as they may not have had the benefit of a good English teacher or might be typing on small device but, this guy showed his ignorance in many ways.

Gwalk, I think the way people post says a lot about why they may be having problems in the first place.
  • Yes I totally agree I use to have to put up with worse than this when I worked Tech Support at Dish my rule was simple baseball, three strikes and your out.

A little calm and an analytical approach will work wonders.

A little knowledge on how the system works such as checking signal strength, understanding how enable/disable Web Acceleration and how to perform a MBX Reset will usually smooth out the rough spots.

Not to mention a simple modem reboot. For some reason I'm wanting a back rub.
