Worse service
I've had faulty equipment. Then was sent an empty box and accused of stealing equipment. Additionally, when I returned the equipment I had I was accused of not returning anything. Even though it was sent in the box that was given to me by your company. When I put it on the new modem it also didn't work. Only to have the modem experience overheating just like the first one. Now I have $150 service fee to bring out a modem that could have been shipped. Yet we'll work with you by offering up charges at any points we can. Maybe you should focus on providing proper equipment and not trying to sale everything. My account has been paid in full on time since starting. Yet, your company likes to just suddenly deactivate my account. There's no reason for the deactivations so maybe that's why nothing will work because it's not attached to an active account. I'm hoping that one's my contract with you is up I will never have to deal with this company again. Trust me when asked would you do HughesNet the answer will be definitely no.

You've had a really frustrating experience, and I imagine you want to be done with the whole thing, but I suggest that you give the corporate reps on this site a chance to look into the situation and see if they can help you. They are very helpful and they have a lot more authority than the phone reps, so it might be to your advantage to let them look into your case. I'll tag them here: KathyVoss , Amanda , Damian , Remy
