In regards to billing: "No one seems to agree on what day my bill is."
This one is easy, Go to your MyAccount page and log in:
http://my.hughesnet.com/myaccount
Click on "Invoice":
At the upper right you will see both the bill generation date and the due date.
If you have the auto-pay enabled (default payment method) your bill will be charged to your method of payment when the bill in generated.
If you have Invoice Billing you will receive a paper bill and the listed "due date" will apply.
If you have a email address on file and have enabled notices to be sent upon bill generation you should have gotten notice. If not this needs to be looked into.
As to the "redirect" you have been getting ....
Billing is not the only reason that you may be seeing this "page not found" or "page does not exist" error so a bit of troubleshooting may be in order.
If an unpaid bill is the root of the issue ..... pay the bill in a timely manner ... end of problem.
You have other issues ... speed being one.
