I’m confused on why there tech is so far behind And yet there one of the most expensive. Not to mention how hard they make it to cancel..

Now, coming back to HughesNet, do you realize how difficult and expensive it is to connect your home to the internet via satellite and keep it at a price point that the average user can afford? Doubtful.
And their tech is far behind? Hardly.
