Gen 5 upgrade

I'm a gen 4 customer and was wondering can I upgrade and purchase my equipment?

    Thanks for posting, good question!. When you upgrade to Gen 5, you can certainly purchase the equipment.  Give us a call at 866.347.3292 to order Gen 5. If you have any concerns, please post back here so we can address them.

      Just wondering why Hughes wont let my local dealer (Alan) do upgrades from Gen4 to Gen5.

        We can not do upgrades from Gen 4 to gen 5 either. Only Spaceway to Gen5. Hughesnet wants to control. How many and where the upgrades happen.. That is a good thing.
