Did you possibly choose the "no commitment" purchase option with a business plan?

        Abbie,

Upon looking into your account, it seems that you've gone ahead and cancelled your service. Since you've cancelled, there is no longer a commitment. We're sorry to see you go, and want to thank you for choosing HughesNet!

        Thanks,

        Remy

Could you post a screenshot, or provide more detail as to where you're clicking?  How long have you had the Gen 5 service?
