bogus cancellation fee demanded by agent - "No Commitment" service plan
I attempted to cancel my service & your agent demanded a $600 fee which I insisted was bogus as I signed up for "No Commitment" - this is copied and pasted from my account Service Plan webpage:
My Services
Price
Business 50 Service Plan
Current term: No Commitment
The agent also said I should dispose of the equipment & there would be no charge for it. After stating I would not pay, the agent volunteered to send me to another agent to confirm. I was put on hold and hung up on.
How can I cancel without getting ripped off? I already have another provider that is cheaper and faster so I no longer need Hughes.
Thank you for your attention
