I have a HT2000w all lights on except system.

Everything says no Internet. Tried yesterday talking on phone that did not go well. Is there a way to reset the box. I'm getting upset with Hughes been customer for years and now can't get any help.

    Thanks for reaching out! It seems this is your first post. Welcome to the Community! Have you attempted power cycling the modem by unplugging it from the power source, waiting a few moments, and plugging it back in? Please let us know if you have, and we can proceed from there.
