spam update

Hello,

    I have again received and email from sm.wemystic.com and I am also now receiving spam emails from mecofarma.com.

  • I also am receiving again. Started March 23rd. Last one before that was the 14th of March.

        Hello Amanda,

        I have received a couple of these e-mails. I did as instructed below and sent information. 

        Please note that these emails are being sent to my wife's e-mail address. I have nbot seen them in my e-mail address.

        Also,

        I saw several e-mails from Hughes.net in my wife's account about security settings. I assumed these were also spam and deleted.

    This morning at approximately 5AM EST, the email provider informed us they had updated their spam filters. If you have or do receive a spam email from that domain after 5AM EST this morning (3/30), please follow the instructions below, copy the text and send it to 'communitysupport@hughes.com'. 

     

    1. Within the Hughesnet mail web app, click on the checkbox to the left of the most recent spam email you are reporting
    2. In the menu above your inbox, click the three dots to expand the menu '...'
    3. Click "Show Original" - a new window should pop up
    4. Copy and paste this text into an email to communitysupport@hughes.com
