Wifi connection keeps dropping
After nine years of trouble-free Hughesnet service, we upgraded four days ago so that we could receive "Elite" service. It's been nothing but trouble since then. Wifi goes out repeatedly during the day. I've spent hours on the phone every day since the installation with Hughesnet agents who talk me through various different steps to regain a connection. Each time, the wifi connection lasts for a little while before dropping again. I am beyond frustrated with the lack of a lasting solution to this terribly unreliable service. Is there anything I can do besides switching to Starlink?

Posting this publicly in case Remy is off today. In the week since receiving a replacement modem, the situation has not substantially improved - the signal just now came back after a half-hour off, and this follows a pattern of outages we have been having since we upgraded to Elite service, which entailed an investment of five hundred dollars for the new equipment. Please help us and get this fixed!
