No Audio People can call but I cannot hear them talk. What’s the issue?
It is the VOIP service. I’m using a cordless phone. It happened today and the internet is working.

I see. First if your cordless phone came with a manual and if you haven't already, please try resetting/power on and off the phone itself according to the instructions. I will run remote diagnostics in the meantime to see if there is anything abnormal with the service/equipment itself. Unfortunately, the community is having issues and the link isn't clickable like it should be.
I would click on Damian's name, which will accomplish the same thing as what the link was supposed to do. Then click Message on his profile page, which is on the lower right of the box that contains his name, directly under "View All Badges".
I would then highly advise editing the phone number out of your post. You should never post personal info in public.
