Repeated Outages

For months now, the once reliable  steady Hughes service has had outages, almost daily, my wife says at night the outages last from 30 mins to one hour. The short term outages occur anytime 5 Am pst on thru the day. They usually are for a few minutes, except for the longer outages at night, after 9 Pm PST.

Have other subscribers had this ? What causes this?   Thanks
