Outlook Settings

My email (Outlook) stopped working last week.  Thinking that it was related to password expiration, I reset my password.  I am able to access the Hughes.net WebMail but it's difficult for me to use.  I prefer to use Outlook.  When I update the password in Outlook, it still doesn't connect.  I attempted to verify the Outlook server settings but can't find any consistent or recent information in the support forums.

My settings are:

Incoming Mail: mail.hughes.net over port 995, "This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL/TLS) is checked

Outgoing Mail: smtp.hughes.net over port 587

My husband is also having the same issue with his email, so I doubt that it is account related.  Also, we are using Hughes for TV and email, our internet is through ThinkBig, but I should be able to access email regardless of how I am connecting.

I've submitted a support ticket the other day but haven't heard back.  I even tried using the directions to migrate to Gmail but that also doesn't work.
