I have tried every trick in the book to stop the spam mail coming from the multitude of addresses generated by SM.wemystic.com Using up almost all the space (slots) in my blocked senders file to stop it and nothing has done so. They just generate a new one and send another 10 a day. This has been going on for at least 2 months now with no signs of letting up. What else can be done?213Views1like12CommentsOutlook Settings
My email (Outlook) stopped working last week. Thinking that it was related to password expiration, I reset my password. I am able to access the Hughes.net WebMail but it's difficult for me to use. I prefer to use Outlook. When I update the password in Outlook, it still doesn't connect. I attempted to verify the Outlook server settings but can't find any consistent or recent information in the support forums. My settings are: Incoming Mail: mail.hughes.net over port 995, "This server requires an encrypted connection (SSL/TLS) is checked Outgoing Mail: smtp.hughes.net over port 587 My husband is also having the same issue with his email, so I doubt that it is account related. Also, we are using Hughes for TV and email, our internet is through ThinkBig, but I should be able to access email regardless of how I am connecting. I've submitted a support ticket the other day but haven't heard back. I even tried using the directions to migrate to Gmail but that also doesn't work.28Views0likes1CommentSlow internet
just got Hughesnet and upgraded to the 200gb. However, I still have about 100gb left of priority data. All that aside, I keep getting either 1 mbps download speed or even lower! I understand that the Internet is slower in bad weather, and it does rain here on the mountain sometimes, but this even happens when there's not a cloud in the sky. My internet i have 92 gb left of priority data and my connection is terrible going to call another internet provider I just paid well lost 250 dollars paying you ppl to come and put new equipment in for garbage internet.72Views0likes1CommentOut of priority data
I’m out of priority data with a 200 mb plan. I’m set to renew my data by midnight. I’m noticing no change in my speed or services from Hughesnet. I’ve been prompted to by a data token. Has anyone else noticed any changes after running out of priority data.140Views0likes1Comment
