07/10/2024 - Internet is down here too.
There was no storm here, no strong wind, but my Router lost connection to your satellite yesterday afternoon. Still no connection this morning. What happened?
How would I know that???
Go to your system control center -- this is where you see modem information. It doesn't need the internet to function, but it does need the wifi to be working. If the wifi isn't working, you will need to connect your device directly to the modem.
