Computer connection
When we turned on computer this morning it said it was not connected and doesn't show any available networks. This has never happened before. Any one have any ideas?

Thank you for reaching out to us and welcome to the community. I'm sorry to hear you experienced this. This type of thing can happen randomly due to many different reasons. You could have loose connection if you are connected by ethernet cable or there could be poor weather in the area interrupting the service. I would need to run remote diagnostics to figure out what may have happen. Before we do that, are you still experiencing this issue? -Damian
