Internet down
My internet is not connecting. I’ve restarted devices and routers without any luck.

Are any lights off on the modem? If so, which ones? If the Wi-Fi light is still on, you can check your system control center to get an error code. Open a browser and go to http://systemcontrolcenter.com/#!/home/status
Look at the numbers next to "State Code" and report them here.
If nothing is on, leave your modem plugged in so the reps on this site can attempt to contact it and see what may be going on.
