Thanks so much for posting in here and especially to anyone who contacted us via phone/chat/email over the weekend so our engineers could hop on the issue quickly. Don't know what the problem is, but I'm having it too. Says password invalid, but it's correct. Started yesterday afternoon.
Prsmart, Did you report the issue to phone support? The more people that report it, the more they will move in the direction of asking someone to fix it. Neither the chat or phone reps can fix this, but they should be informed it's happening.
