This week we announced that JUPITER(TM) 3 has successfully hit several deployment milestones, including reaching its orbital slot 22,236 miles above the equator, deploying its solar arrays and antennas and completing initial satellite In Orbit Tests (IOT).
The ultra-high density satellite will now undergo Over the Air (OTA) testing with gateways and user terminals, before we initiate 500 Gbps of additional broadband capacity for consumers, enterprises and governments across North and South America.
As our engineers conduct these crucial steps along the Journey to JUPITER 3, take a look back at how we got here via our blog series: https://www.hughes.com/resources/insights#filter=.jupiter-3
