Things were a little slow and noticed I was on 0101, infamous Outroute 10.
Rebooted to try to get off of both, ended up on 0102, but still Outroute 10:

I match that 13.4Mbps and 3.9Mbps and....ummmmm. lower it to 399K... hmmmm uhhhh (lol)
