It's mid-spring so I inspected my dish. It's on the edge of some trees and other stuff, so it invariably gets vined and dined upon by who knows what.
Every year there are a bunch of honeysuckle vines that love to crawl up the post and get lodged up in there. Cleared those away, because they tend to get messy wrt blocking and signal reflections.
Then I noticed something strange: Between the mount and dish there's an open gap that was stuffed with moss... Some bird had made a nest in there. Didn't see any egg shells or anything, just the moss. Don't need no birds interfering with my signal, so just call me 'homewrecker'.
I wonder what speeds the bird was getting.
