Each plan comes with a specific amount of high speed data per month, at 25Mbps. If that data is exhausted, the service speed is throttled to "as low as or lower than 1Mbps", but you are not cut off, so the service is technically unlimited.
HughesNet does not offer plans with unlimited high speed service.
