HT2000 Router Admin Reset

Somehow my Admin password to my router had changed.  I then reset the router using the back panel reset, but still can not access the wifi settings using the default password. Is there something else I need to do to gain access to my wifi router ?

Thanks Liz.

That did not fix it, but your tech support got me on the right track.
The modem had to be reset back to initial install.
Appreciate your response and help.

Hi DRH,

Thanks for posting. Try this and let me know if that works out for you:

1.    Press the reset button in the back one time and release.
2.    Press the WPS button on the front of the HT2000W.
3.    After HT2000W comes back up, login using one of the passwords on back of the HT2000W.
