I had a topic answered by Mod Remy two weeks stating that she was mailing me a new modem free of charges after mine fell off of the kitchen counter and broke. I have not received anything or any emails about it and wanted to make sure it did not get lost or I didn’t miss anything.

Thanks for reaching out! It seems that the previous order I set up didn't end up being completed and sent. I've gone ahead and resent it with expedited shipping/waived fees, and I'll be making sure that the time without service is discounted on your bill!
