HT3000W shows overheating
I have a HT3000W and the power light is red. The modem is not hot at all. I have unplugged it and when plugged back in the power light is still red. Any ideas? Thanks

Unfortunately, the reps here aren't on during the weekends. Hopefully one will reply tomorrow.
However, if you'd rather talk to someone about it now, I'd call 866-347-3292 for customer service, which is available 24/7.
