I have put my service on a temporary hold previously by calling support. The last time I was told when they update the website I will be able to just log in and put it on hold without having to call in. However I have looked everywhere and do not see any links for putting your service on hold. Please advise or update the site. Thanks.
Thank you for posting and welcome to the community. That particular update is not live yet. Phone support is currently the only way to place an account on hold. -Damian
