Can someone please tell me why my internet is down

They're going to need more information and context from you. When did the issue start? Are there any state codes showing on the system control center screen? (You don't need the internet to access this, but you do need Wi Fi enabled). How many and which lights are off on your modem? Is there or has there been bad weather in your area? Etc.
