No internet

Please help Internet worked fine last night and today just won't work. The modem has 3 lights out of 6 and we've rebooted and unplugged and no change.  The tech won't come until Monday so we're without service with an Infant.  Please help

Sorry to hear you're in this situation.  Unfortunately the reps on this site don't work on weekends. They would likely be unable to do more for you than send a tech, which you already have coming. I hope you have access to a phone or a neighbour in case of emergency.
