No lights on modem - no internet

My modem has no lights coming on. I have tried everything, resetting, unplugging from wall etc. The top light would come on momentarily then it would go off. This happened 3 or 4 times and then the top light would not come on anymore. It is completely dead.

Leave everything plugged in so the HughesNet reps on this site can try to communicate with the modem and see what's going on.
