downloading in the 5-7 mbps range. Unable to stream, web surfing is hit and miss. Still have half my data allowance available.

If you are on Beam 68, that beam's having issues and is degraded. To check what beam you're on, go here http://192.168.0.1/#!/home/information and look at the Beam ID in the section titled Satellite.

It’s better today, close to 25M. I read that there was a solar storm that peaked yesterday, that could possibly have been a factor. Luckily I’m on Beam 10.
