Phone calls with my Iphone using Wapp are not going through, and I am not receiving them neither. The call starts, tries to connect, and then fails.
Some applications in my IPhone (banks, BBC news, etc, are also failing to connect through the internet system.
The problem is Hughesnet because when I connect with my old ATT modem which is still active, everything works fine.
Any suggestions what the problem might be?

Unfortunately, HughesNet does not support VOIP except with HughesNet voice, and it sounds like you don't have that.
