My internet is not working. I try running the download and speed tests and I get a 502 bad gateway error. Also, only half the lights on the modem are on. Please help.
Have you tried turning off the modem, waiting a few minutes, and then restarting it?
I have, still doesn't work.
You may want to call the customer service number (866-347-3292). They're on 24/7. The alternative is to wait until next week, when the HughesNet reps are on this site.
