When posting your complaint in this particular section of the community support message boards, Your Thoughts on the Community, what part of "Place to discuss the COMMUNITY itself, NOT the HughesNet service" did you not understand?
On the positive side this business model will be untenable in 10 or 15 years. It's getting so cheap to put things in low orbit thanks to SpaceX that Hughesnet and Exede won't be able to compete.
They'll put things in low orbit too. The company's been around far longer than a decade -- they'll do just fine. But given it's a free country and a free marketplace, you're always welcome to go with their competitors.
Could be but they'll still have the same terrible customer service and reputation.
