$125 fee

Why am I being charged $125 to have a tech come out to realign my dish? We’ve had bad weather for the last week. And I recall mention of $125 charge for sending out the new modem I received today that still isn’t working which, now they say is due to the dish out of alignment. ?!!!??!?
