 To cancel, you need to call 866-347-3292. 

Also, this is a public site, so you may want to remove all your personal info from your post.

First and foremost, please edit your post to remove all of your personal information.  This is a public site, viewable to anyone and everyone on the net, including those looking to take advantage of any personal information they can get.  To edit your post, click on the three dots to the upper right of the message body and click "Edit message".  

Secondly, cancellations cannot be done through this community.  You should call 866-347-3292 for customer service.  

Also, please keep in mind that, if you are still in your 24 month commitment, there will be an Early Termination Fee.  The ETF schedule is $400 for the first 90 days after activation, then $15 less per month thereafter.
