I have tried to locate my contract and cannot find it in my email. I have an order confirmation, but that's it. I emailed support with case number 109350974 to have one emailed and was told that obtaining a contract through email was not an option. I'd like to know why, but I understand that isn't really an answer for the community to give. I would like to know if there is another avenue other than calling the customer support line, previous experiences have not been effective in getting "customer support." Any help would be great.
