This is to remind all of you out there to scrutinize you email and account information routinely. I got an email on Sunday with the exact same platform as the HughesNet account platform, saying my account was in default and I needed to give them my account and credit card information immediately, or lose my service. I knew right away my account was up to date and with one pass over the return email address with the mouse, you could see it was bogus. If you get anything like this, ignore it and forward it to email@example.com. Keep your eyes open.
